Having just upgraded from Sequoia, the one thing I've noticed is that a *lot* of third-party programs that have a menu bar item have broken. Calendr, Forecast Bar, Bartender, and the like now either don't appear, or freeze and die after while. It will take a while for the developers to catch up, but if you rely heavily on menu bar items (as I do), you might want to wait a bit before upgrading.

Just a heads up before you upgrade: the new Safari removes the compact tab bar without actually removing it. If you have compact on, you will not be able to click in the location bar or any of the toolbar buttons (like reload, critical for us devs). Kinda breaks Safari for me.
